If you're not completely satisfied with the qualifying new or used car or truck you purchased, you have the option to return it for a refund within 48 hours or 100 miles,³ whichever comes first.

The vehicle must be returned to the selling location in the same condition as when you purchased it, as determined by dealership management's inspection for alterations and cosmetic or mechanical damage.

Exchange the Vehicle

Alternatively, within the same timeframe, you can return the vehicle to the selling location and exchange it toward your purchase of another vehicle from our inventory, subject to credit approval.

The amount credited toward the purchase of the replacement vehicle will be determined similarly to the refund amount under the Cash Back Guarantee.
